Limnobium laevigatum is a decorative floating plant from South America, which thrives particularly well in open aquariums. The wide, light green leaves and the long, fine roots give the aquarium a calm expression and create good hiding places for surface-facing fish. Under strong light and good nutritional conditions, the plant easily forms new leaves above the water surface. If it covers too much, simply remove some leaves so that the plants under it still get light. Limnobium also acts as a natural indicator of the nutrient level in the water, as growth decreases when the nutrient content is low. Delivered as an in vitro plant free of algae and pests.
